I really hope I continue to get to work with couple’s as connected as Verdette & Brad. The voice overs you hear in the video were recorded individually from each of them. It may sound like they were writing letters to each other… and that’s because we had them do just that on the fly in a candle lit room while we recorded them.

They really are on the same wave length and I could see that throughout the whole day through the lens of my camera. Before recording them a week earlier, I didn’t know that they both are found of writing.

Brad shared with me, and I’m paraphrasing, is that once they get to it and put their artistic minds/hearts together it is truly amazing. The time and planning they put into the wedding was no exception.

I’m glad they found each other, I’m glad they found me to film them and I’m glad we could deliver a same day edit feature that night. Which is why I chose the song “You Found Me” by The Fray covered in piano by Samer Fanek.

Their venues were St. Michael’s in Poway and Del Mar Turf Club.

May, San Francisco, Marriot San Mateo, Pulgas Water Temple and the Orchard Pavilion in Sunnyvale all set the stage for Frank and Carol’s wedding day. You can’t even tell it’s a scorching 90+ degrees during the wedding ceremony. The day’s mixture of busy excitement and love was summed up nicely at the their reception when we played the SDE along side Tekron Production’s Montage.

This is a sample of what a proposal story combined with our signature same day edit would look like at your reception.
